Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ENTRY INTO THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

 

1. Eligibility: The Fitness Foundation Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.

Employees of Core Med Science LLC, OMORPHO Inc., and NHC.com, LLC (collectively, the “Sponsors”), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate.

Only individuals meeting all eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules may participate in the Sweepstakes or win a prize. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Sponsors reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or potential winner. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins April 2, 2026 at 12:01am Central Time (CT) and ends on April 9 2026, at 11:59 PM Central Time (CT), (the "Promotion Period").

Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

 

4. How to Enter:

During the Promotion Period, participants may enter the Sweepstakes by:

(1) Submitting their email address through the official giveaway landing page

(2) Agreeing to these Official Rules

(3) Agreeing to receive email communications from the Sponsors

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Promotion Period. Entries must be submitted during the Promotion Period to be eligible. Duplicate entries may result in disqualification.

Entries generated by automated means, bots, or other fraudulent methods are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned the email address by an internet service provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.

Incomplete, illegible, or late entries will be void.

Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, generated by script, macro, or other automated means, or that violate these Official Rules.

Sponsors reserve the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any entrant.


5. Prize Drawing: Sponsors will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or around April 10, 2026.

The potential winner will be notified via email using the email address provided at the time of entry and may be required to confirm their name, mailing address, and eligibility within three (3) days of notification.

Sponsors are not responsible for notifications that are not received due to spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or other technical issues.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or is deemed ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Receiving the prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules.


6. Prizes: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a Fitness Foundation Prize Pack, which includes:

  • One (1) $500 Core Med Science digital gift card (redeemable at coremedscience.com)

  • One (1) $500 Natural Healthy Concepts digital gift card (redeemable at nhc.com)

  • One (1) OMORPHO G-Vest Icon + G-Pack weight insert bundle (approximate value $400), with the winner’s choice of available size/style.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is approximately $1,400.

Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsors’ sole discretion. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 2–4 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.


7. Release: By entering this Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

 

8. General Conditions: Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or if any event or cause beyond the Sponsors’ control (including but not limited to natural disasters, national emergencies, widespread illness, acts of war, terrorism, or acts of God) interferes with the administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion.

In such event, the Sponsors, in their sole discretion, may elect to conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance.

Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, or violates these Official Rules.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Incomplete, invalid, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at the Sponsors’ sole discretion.

Failure by the Sponsors to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.


9. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the administration of the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, incomplete, undeliverable, damaged, or misdirected entries or communications; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from a participant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

If for any reason a participant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, not received, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the participant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is still possible during the Promotion Period.

No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming, or other errors cause more than the stated number of prizes to be available and/or claimed, Sponsors reserve the right to award only the stated number of prizes through a random drawing among all legitimate, eligible prize claims.


10. Disputes: Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that: 

(1) Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in the State of Tennessee. (2) Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event shall participants be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees. (3) Under no circumstances will participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and participants hereby waive all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses. Participants further waive any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. 

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsors in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

 

11. Participant's Personal Information: By entering the Sweepstakes and submitting an email address, participants agree to receive marketing and promotional email communications from the Sponsors.

Participants may unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link included in promotional emails.

All personal information submitted is subject to the applicable Sponsors’ privacy policies.


12. Name of Winners/Winners List: To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope within 30 days of the drawing date to:
