The skin keeps germs and viruses from entering the body, protects us from the sun, and is a canvas for our individuality.
But psoriasis is an affliction that robs people of their skin, stripping away confidence, and creating potential physical, emotional, and mental health problems.
While there is no cure for psoriasis, there are steps you can take to find relief from skin psoriasis.
Solutions for Skin Psoriasis Symptoms
- Itching – You should never scratch at your psoriasis. Instead, apply a thick moisturizer containing natural oils to help moisturize and health the skin; be careful when using hydrocortisone, as this product may further irritate the area and weaken the immune system. If itching keeps you up at night, consider a sleep aid.
- Skin Pain – Soak in a warm bath with Epsom salt, oatmeal, or other natural oils to help soothe the skin. While hot water can release histamines that make the area feel better, it will also dry out the skin and may create more pain later. Dry thoroughly and apply your thick moisturizer.
- Joint Pain – You may be surprised to hear that physical activity can help with joint pain. Moving joints and elevating your heart rate helps to circulate blood and to stretch out stiff joints. Exercise also supports immune system health and releases feel-good hormones such as endorphins.
- Redness – Check if your skin inflammation results from a food allergy. Remove sugar, alcohol, gluten, nuts, and dairy from your diet for at least 30 days and see if your symptoms improve.
- Rough Skin and Scales – Use lotions containing salicylic, lactic, or glycolic acids, as these help to break up dead skin cells and can help heal inflamed skin. Wrap plastic wrap over the area overnight to prevent the lotion from wiping off.
Psoriasis will be with you forever, but it doesn’t have to dictate how you feel about yourself.

My advice to all psoriasis patients is to treat your symptoms naturally.
But psoriasis is a personal disease that can take on many forms.
This makes it hard to talk about with your friends, family, and even your doctor.
That is why I wrote this article for you.
However, I wanted to make sure to get one thing across before you leave this page.
Please read this: Your Psoriasis is not what you think it is.
Psoriasis is an autoimmune disorder that causes the body to attack healthy cells in your skin, joints, and organs.
Why does your body attack healthy cells?
The answer is that your immune system is confused for two reasons:
- Your body is overloaded with free radicals.
- Your gut is leaking.
If you are serious about overcoming these issues, follow the suggestions in this article.
But I have one last suggestion that may help to accelerate your results.
Use my Liposomal Glutathione formula.
Glutathione is known as the mother of all antioxidants for a reason.
In liposomal glutathione form, glutathione is absorbed directly into the bloodstream.
This allows this powerful antioxidant can get to work controlling free radicals and guiding the immune system to stop attacking healthy cells, and to help keep your skin looking and feeling beautiful
