The shipping will vary depending on address, weight and how quickly you want the package to arrive. We have USPS First Class Package International which is 7 to 21 business days or USPS Priority Mail International 6 to 10 business days. Good product
I think this is a very good product if the amount of phospholipids complex can be tolerated. I got some of the side effects associated with them. But I also experienced beneficial effects of the vitamin C. It took a couple of weeks to settle in to a balanced sense of energy and well-being, which was great. The side effects didn't abate (heavy sweating, intolerable itching and feeling of being bitten by bugs all over, diarrhea with more than one cap) until I stopped taking it, so I am trying the B complex to see if perhaps a lack other nutrients is part of the reason I can't tolerate it. I wonder if the amount of phospholipids (which I know is within research ranges) is necessary or if there are products with a lower amount that would work as well.
