    Love this

    After getting an endoscopy that showed chemical gastropathy, I realized I was taking 100% pure ascorbic acid and needed something easier on my stomach. I looked up various liposomal c and found this. So far, my heartburn symptoms have decreased and hopefully my stomach lining won't be damaged further!

    I don't seem to be

    I don't seem to be as suseptable to colds etc with the liposomal as compared to the water soluable Vit. C. Makes sense to keep some vit c in reserve than to flush it all out during the day. I end up taking less pill using the liposomal. However, I do wish there was a 1000 mg capsule available instead of having to take two 500 mg. caps.
