I have ADHD and numbness in my left foot, and a little restless leg issues sometimes. I’ve been using 2 pumps of the Sleep Formula for a few weeks and it seems to knock me right out. I do have to get into bed though! It doesn’t so much work to make me drowsy if I am still up watching TV and take it. I would recommend looking at the sweetener if you have issues with sugar or sugar flavorings.
