I never want to be without this and I love this company
I've had restless legs syndrome for 30+ years. I started taking this supplement years ago with the folate at 1600 mcg daily (1 lozenge in AM and one in PM) for a peripheral neuropathy protocol. When I started seeing a new naturopath 5 years ago, she suggested that it might help my RLS if I upped my folate dose to 2400 mcg daily. I did it and within days, my RLS was almost 100% gone! Not too long after that, my husband started having RLS. I put him on the same dose and his RLS was also very quickly almost totally gone. I recommend this to anyone that I know who has restless legs and I give them a bottle to make sure they try it. It's a miracle worker for me. Customer service is first rate too. They will always do whatever it takes to make things right.

Great Methyl B-12 Folate
Active Methyl B-12 Folate - Lozenges by Code Science Med are the best B12 I've tried.
They go down easy and they're the most recommened combination of B-12 and Folate.

Unable to use
I can not address the effectiveness of this item, I it made me nauseous even at 1/4 of a dose. It is a chewable and possibly some ingredient in that processing bothered me. It also has xylitol in it and since I have several dogs, I don't use any products with xylitol. My mistake for not reading the ingredients.
