What is the difference between the liposomal glutathione liquid and the liposomal glutahione softgels?

The liquid works faster than the softgels because the softgels have to open which delays onset. The liquid has more phospholipids (PC Complex), 500 mg versus the 350 mg of the softgels. The PC complex has its own very therapeutic and nutritional effect potentially lowering cholesterol, aiding in cardiovascular health, enhancing focus and alertness and balancing the autonomic nervous system. However, liquid glutathione has a sulfuric taste that some people can't get used to despite the citrus flavoring. The liquid also has to be refrigerated after opening. The softgels don't have to be refrigerated and don't have any taste. They are great for taking with you on trips, at work, etc.

Will I feel more energy?

Many people do feel more energy immediately. Others do not feel much of a difference. Those who have higher levels of chronic inflammation, fatigue, chronic illness are more likely to feel an immediate difference in energy levels than those who are healthier. Glutathione continues to work regardless of how much "energy" you feel. It has silent effects on detoxification and cell metabolism.

What is the shelf life?

The shelf life is 24 months after the Manufacturing Date (MFG). Some bottles have the MFG and the Expiration Date (EXP) printed on them. Newer batches only have the Expiration Date printed on the label.

Do I have to refrigerate these?

Yes, once the seal is opened it is recommended to store the bottle in the refrigerator. With the bottle sealed there is no need to refrigerate as the bottles are nitrogen sealed and protected from oxidation even if the bottle goes through exposure to heat.

Can I take multiple doses? Should I take multiple doses at once or split them up?

Dosing is individualized and is probably best in split doses to maintain levels. Avoid taking over 3000 mg total of PC Complex (about 6 servings).

Does it significantly lighten skin?

The effect on suppressing the melanin (pigment) in skin is quite variable and very gradual. If suppression occurs, it will likely take weeks to months to notice. Glutathione binds and helps eliminate toxins and this effect can improve complexion as well.
